Why is the self-pickup rate only $59 per rental day?
The $59 per rental day rate is designed for a business-only, self-pickup rental: you load the trailer and return it empty. That focused, low-touch service keeps the price low.
What does the $59 daily rate include?
The $59 per rental day rate is for business-only self-pickup. You load the trailer and return it empty. Delivery and empty pickup are available separately. It does not include disposal, dump fees, fuel or loading.
Is disposal included?
No. You choose the facility and pay it directly. We rent the trailer - we do not handle disposal or make dump runs.
Will you collect a loaded trailer?
No. A delivered trailer must be empty before the scheduled pickup. We do not collect loaded trailers and we do not haul loads to a landfill.
How long is one rental period?
Each self-pickup rental day runs from 7:00 AM on the start date to 7:00 AM the next day. Delivery timing is confirmed separately. Select additional days for longer jobs.
What truck and towing setup do I need?
We review your truck, hitch, brake controller and weight ratings before pickup. Truck make and model alone do not constitute approval - the requirements for your specific setup are confirmed during that review.
Can I move a delivered trailer?
Yes - if your towing setup passes the same review as self-pickup. Tell us when you reserve and we will review it before your rental.
What materials are allowed?
You declare the material when you reserve. Typical contractor debris such as yard waste, remodel debris, shingles and cleanout loads is the intended use. The applicable limits are confirmed before you receive the trailer; concrete requires written approval, and prohibited or overweight uses are refused.
Why does concrete require approval?
Concrete is dense enough to overload a trailer long before the bed looks full. We approve it in writing, per job, so the load stays inside the trailer’s limits.
How does the 25% reservation payment work?
You pay 25% of the full order total to hold available dates. It is credited toward this reservation and refunded if we cannot have the trailer ready as promised.
What happens if the trailer is not ready as promised?
If we cannot have the trailer ready for your confirmed reservation, your 25% reservation payment is automatically refunded in full.
Where is pickup?
Wesley Chapel, FL. Self-pickup starts at 7:00 AM on the selected start date. Return is at 7:00 AM on the selected end date; your reservation shows the exact return date. The exact address is included in your confirmation.
Do you rent to homeowners?
No - business rentals only: landscapers, tree services, remodelers, roofers, fence, paver and pool companies, property cleanout crews and similar contractors.
How is delivery priced?
By the one-way driving route to your jobsite. We verify the address, select the delivery zone and apply any longer-rental discount before showing the exact price. Routes outside the standard area are quoted manually.
