One-Time Reservation Link SMS Terms
Request and verbal consent. During a live call, a caller may ask RampUp Rentals to send the reservation link by text to the number from which the caller is calling. RampUp then asks: “RampUp Rentals LLC can send one automated text message with the reservation link to the mobile number you're calling from. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is voluntary and is not required to rent. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Terms: rampup.rentals/terms. Privacy: rampup.rentals/privacy. Would you like that one text? Please say yes or no.” RampUp sends the text only after an unambiguous affirmative response. A refusal or unclear response results in no text.
Content, frequency, and charges. The text contains the reservation link requested by the caller. Frequency is one message per affirmative caller request. No recurring reservation, account, payment, rental-status, safety, delivery, pickup, customer-care follow-up, promotional, or marketing messages are sent through this workflow. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to the RampUp Rentals message to opt out. After an opt-out request is processed, RampUp may send one final confirmation and will send no further SMS messages unless the recipient makes a new request and provides any consent required at that time.

Delivery and carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to wireless-network availability and is not guaranteed. Do not use text messaging for an emergency; call 911 for an immediate emergency.

RampUp may process the calling mobile number and records of the caller's request, verbal consent, the one-time message, HELP requests, and opt-out requests to operate and support this workflow. Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as necessary to operate and support the workflow, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Number ownership. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided. Notify RampUp before transferring or relinquishing that number.
